Jordan Valley Community Health Center (JVCHC) is seeking a full-time Director of Behavioral Health.  JVCHC is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that serves a primarily low-income population in Springfield, Missouri.  Successful applicants will work as part of a multidisciplinary team within a primary and dental care setting.  The Behavioral Health Director will oversee all aspects of the Behavioral Health Department and associated personnel.  The successful applicant will conduct program development, work in collaboration with other local agencies to prepare and execute grants, coordinate clinical training opportunities and supervise graduate students in clinical psychology from a local institution, and work closely with the Executive Director, Medical Director, and Dental Director.  The director will have some clinical responsibilities as well.  A Doctoral degree in Psychology (PhD preferred) and at least two years of relevant experience, preferably in primary care or similar medical setting is required.
