These one-on-one sessions are designed to give our patients a chance to meet with an expert to learn how to best to live with diabetes.  Individualized lifestyle plans and goals are set up with the educator.  At these sessions the educator can also provide patients with a free glucose meter (glucometer) and help patients get test strips at a reasonable cost.
